All products sold by Montessori Resource Store Bambino are digital downloads (PDF files).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase.

If you experience any issues such as file errors or problems with downloading, please contact us at master@bambi-no.net. We will provide support and resend the files if necessary.
