While the monochrome version is often printed on colored paper, this color version is ready to print on regular white drawing paper, making it a more cost-effective option—especially as colored paper has become more expensive.
To prepare the activity, you’ll need a blunt needle, thread, scissors, a tracing tool (or thumbtacks), and a corkboard. Place the printed sheet on the corkboard and create holes on the black dots using the tracing tool or thumbtacks. For children under three, an adult should prepare the holes in advance for safety.
