About the download link after purchase
When you purchase digital materials from our shop, you can download them right away. However, we’ve noticed that some customers have trouble finding the download link. Here’s how to download your materials step by step.
The thank-you email does not include a link
First, please note that the “Thank You” email (purchase confirmation email) you receive after completing your purchase does not contain the download link. The link is sent via a separate email, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away.
The email with the download link is sent separately
Currently, the download link is sent from a dedicated email address: alerts@filemonk.io. However, this email address is scheduled to change soon. In the meantime, please keep the following points in mind:
As of 11:30 AM on November 27, the sender addresses for the thank-you emails and download emails have been unified. This change reduces the likelihood of these emails being marked as spam.
1. Check your spam folder
If this is your first purchase, the email may be flagged as spam. Please check your spam folder for an email from alerts@filemonk.io.
２. Use the download link in the email
The email contains the download link for your materials. You can use the link in this email to access your purchase.
We will notify you when the new email address is introduced. Until then, please make sure to check for emails from alerts@filemonk.io.
You can also download without waiting for the email
Right after completing your purchase, you will be redirected to a page with a download button. You can download your materials directly from this page.
This option allows you to access your materials immediately without waiting for the email.
Please ensure you download the materials before closing the page.
