[FAQ] Can’t Find the Downloaded PDF on Your iPhone?

Our educational materials are provided as downloadable PDF files.
However, we often receive questions like: “I downloaded it on my iPhone, but I can’t find the file!”

If you’re experiencing this, please check the following:

This is the icon for the Files app (a blue folder).
Please tap the Files app on your iPhone home screen.

The steps are very simple:
Open the Files app from your iPhone’s home screen.
Tap “Browse” at the bottom of the screen.
Open the “Downloads” folder under either “On My iPhone” or “iCloud Drive”.
Check if your purchased PDF file is there.
If you find it, just tap to open it.

If you still can’t find it, please try downloading the file again using the link in your confirmation email.
If that doesn’t work, feel free to contact us — we can send the PDF as an email attachment.

For Android users:
Open the “Files” or “My Files” app, and check the “Download” folder.
Your PDF file should be saved there.
